Alpha Software Notice
SuperStudies GCSE is currently in free public alpha. This means:
- The service is provided free of charge with no payment obligations during the alpha period.
- The platform is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly.
- Data (including study plans, flashcards, and progress) may be reset during the alpha period with prior notice where possible.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity of service during the alpha.
By using the alpha, you accept these conditions. We appreciate your feedback — it helps us build a better product.
1. Introduction
Welcome to SuperStudies® ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and platform located at www.superstudies.co.uk ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Accounts
To use the Service you must register for an account. Parent/guardian accounts are required for students under 16. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
5. Subscriptions & Payments
During the alpha period, SuperStudies GCSE is entirely free. No payment is required and no charges will be made. Future paid subscription tiers may be introduced when the platform exits alpha. Registered users will be given advance notice before any charges apply, and will have the option to continue on a free tier or cancel their account.
6. AI-Powered Features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide study assistance, practice questions, and feedback. AI-generated content is for educational guidance only and should not be considered a substitute for professional teaching. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and software on the Service are the property of SuperStudies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability & Alpha Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
During the alpha period in particular, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or features. We expressly disclaim any obligation to maintain uptime, preserve user data, or continue any feature in its current form.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperStudies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
